Abstract

The penal reform contains importants modifications on terrorism and a clear example of this is the crime of self-indoctrination for terrorists purposes. As a result, the higher courts have had to be made a great effort to interpret of the various types of crimes. As an example of this, two court judgements are used (condemnatory sentence the first and non-guilty the second). In addition, critical considerations to crime and the key findings in that respect.
