Abstract

The objective of this paper is to study the various possibilities of manipulation by the user available in interactive music videos as a new format arising from the Internet, and also a means of distributing audiovisual products allowing the development of artistic practices. It starts from a common music video as an artistic support and its possible adaptation to the new interactive medium. The intention is to justify the evolution throughout decades between art and popular culture that could be applied in a new format that uses as a base the new technologies in the field of media communication.
